The Howerton Comfort Club is one annual membership that covers your heating, cooling, and plumbing, not just HVAC. Enjoy seasonal maintenance, priority scheduling, 15% off repairs, and 5% off new equipment.
Starting at $179/year, which includes maintenance for one HVAC system (AC and furnace) and one water heater. Additional HVAC systems are $119/year each. Additional furnaces without AC are $59/year each. Additional water heaters are $59/year each.
Your included visits are there when you want them. You are not required to schedule every maintenance visit if you don’t wish to.

What Is Not Included
The following are not covered under this agreement and will be quoted separately:
- Replacement parts (capacitors, motors, valves, flappers, etc.)
- Refrigerant addition, recovery, or leak repair
- Repairs on systems deemed unsafe
- Attic, crawlspace, or non-standard access work
- Water treatment or filtration systems
- Any corrective repair work beyond routine inspection and maintenance
- Deep coil cleaning or blower motor removal
- Replacement air filters
- Commercial systems
- Clogs requiring cabling beyond the primary line, or lines extending over 25 feet
- Fixture replacement (toilets, faucets, water heaters)

| Payment | Payment due at or before time of enrollment by credit card or ACH. Customer authorizes Howerton Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to charge the payment method on file for annual renewal. Your first service visit will be scheduled or performed upon receipt of payment. |
| Auto-Renewal | Your membership renews automatically each year so your coverage never lapses. We'll reach out 30 days before renewal so you're never surprised. To cancel, simply contact us before the renewal date. |
| Cancellation | We want you to be happy with your membership. If you need to cancel, just give us a call. Early cancellation: no refund if one or more visits have been completed. If no visits have been completed for the upcoming service year, a refund will be issued. |
| Transferability | Moving? Your Comfort Club membership can transfer to the new homeowner at the same service address. New owner acknowledgment required. Not transferable to a different address, some exceptions may apply dependent on service radius. |
| Limitation | We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, equipment failure unrelated to maintenance visits, or circumstances beyond our control. Preventative maintenance reduces risk but does not guarantee against system failure. |
Please retain a copy of this agreement for your records. The company shall retain a signed copy on file. This agreement has no cash value. Failure to provide email address waives the renewal notification requirement. Terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change, with advance notice. The company reserves the right to cancel any membership at its discretion with 30 days' written notice, with a prorated refund issued for unused visits.
